Karina BerekWhen Karina came to enquire about a job at 3L Care she was overwhelmed by how friendly everyone were. She instantly felt that there was a positive atmosphere and knew that it was where she wanted to work. After gaining her NVQ she had gotten at an elderly home in Derbyshire which was a lovely place. Amanda HollowayShe spent years working in hospitals, in care homes for elderly people with dementia and with young adults with autism. When Amanda wanted to go back into nursing care 3L Care provided a welcome change. The chance to be involved in something new right from the beginning was just the opportunity she was looking for. Louise TickleBeing able to share her day with an amazing group of young adults is incredibly rewarding, according to Louise. It is her job to ensure each and every day is full of joy and laughter. She makes a huge effort to ensure those who have spent the night at 3L Care get out of bed and start the day in great spirits.
