About the care services we offer

3L Care provides high quality nursing and social care for children and young people with complex health needs. Our care and nursing is provided to people where high levels of intervention, administration of medication and oxygen as well as those who have physical/learning difficulties or disability as a result of acquired brain injury.

Our staff teams are made up of qualified Registered General Nurses, Registered Children's Nurses, and NVQ Level 3 trained Carers. Each 3L Care home has a Registered Manager who is supported by appropriately trained and qualified staff, who can respond promptly and flexibly to the provision of individually tailored packages of care that meets the needs of children and young people, their families and the professionals involved in providing their support.

Our homes are of the highest standard and offer a safe, caring and fun environment for people that stay with us. We aim to provide a "home from home" for all who stay with us and we operate a "Key Worker" system as we believe that continuity of care is essential to their wellbeing.

Our Care and Nursing Team are trained in the use of oxygen, suction, catheterisation, rescue medication for seizure management, administration of medication, gastrostomy, naso-gastric feeding, tracheostomy care and ventilation. Ongoing training is provided on a regular basis and as required.
