We believe that all people spending time at 3L Care should find their stay an enjoyable experience, in which they can form positive relationships which give them a sense of inner security and worth and add to their emotional and physical wellbeing. The aim of our team is to understand and meet the needs of the individual in our care as well as their families. We believe that consistency of care is essential in maintaining good communicative relationships with those that we care for and their families.

At 3L Care our philosophy is to provide a homely, safe environment in which people have to access the local community and get involved in activities that will promote independence and raise self-esteem.
